We offer tailored programmes that are designed to fit around you and what you're looking to do - our advice, support and expertise is customised and based on real experience.
We have three core plans to get things going:
The Foundation plan:
A bespoke online personal training plan that's created around you and your fitness goals. A 12-week programme that's designed to help you get into the shape of your life. From toning up, to slimming down or building that muscle-packed ripped frame in time for summer, we'll devise the plan to get you there.
The Perform Plan
A bespoke online personal training plan that's created around you and your fitness goals. Includes everything in the Foundation Plan as well as nutritional direction and advice designed around personalised calorie and macro targets calculated to support your training, along with regular access to a real trainer.
The Elite Plan
A bespoke online personal training plan that's created around you and your fitness goals. Includes everything in the Performance Plan as well as dedicated in-person personal training sessions in our dedicated studio or one-on-one weekly video calls with a trainer to review your progress.
We also offer group sessions, sports-specific training (e.g. strength & conditioning for field sports).
