Get ski fit in just eight weeks
If you love the thrill of the slopes, you’ll want to maximise your enjoyment on the mountain without sacrificing that all-important après-ski fun.
That’s why we've created our 8-week Ski-Fit program – a plan that’s designed to help you enjoy your hours on the piste, before going on the, well, out to enjoy yourself.
This step-by-step program focuses on building the strength, endurance, and mobility you’ll need to tackle any mountain challenge. From improving your balance and core stability to increasing your leg power, we've got you covered. The workouts are designed to be fun and effective too, whether you're working out at home or in the gym.
With video instructions for all the movements, this program has a mixture of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and cardio. The eight weeks are broken down into four two-week sections called 'runs', starting off with a Green Run beginning to the final two-week Black Run. And, even if you’re not skiing, it’s a great programme to get you fitter and stronger.
This eight week course is only £10 per week (£80 in total) if you sign up before October 31st. Thereafter, it's full price at £120. You also get access to a qualified PT if you want to ask questions or need help with any of the programs.
